Platform Rules

To ensure a professional, safe, and legally compliant experience for all users, MySuperHub has established the following rules. Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension, termination, or legal action.

1. Respectful Behavior

  • Treat all users, including clients, contractors, and MySuperHub staff, with respect.
  • No harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior, including intimidation, doxing, or stalking.
  • No hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or offensive language based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.
  • Any violation of this section may result in permanent account termination.

2. Content & Communication Guidelines

  • No illegal, obscene, misleading, or fraudulent content.
  • No sharing, storing, or distributing user data or confidential information without explicit consent.
  • No false, deceptive, or exaggerated information about services, pricing, or availability.
  • No spamming, phishing, or solicitation of off-platform transactions.
  • Users are prohibited from using automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to collect platform data.
  • Any violation of this section may result in account suspension and potential legal action.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • No circumvention of MySuperHub’s platform by attempting to engage in off-platform transactions or direct payment arrangements.
  • No unauthorized advertising, affiliate links, or promotion of third-party services.
  • No attempts to exploit, reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt MySuperHub’s platform.
  • No impersonation of MySuperHub staff, contractors, or other users.
  • Users must not engage in any activities that violate local, state, or federal laws.
  • Violators may face immediate termination and legal prosecution.

4. Contractor & Client Responsibilities

  • Contractors must fulfill service obligations professionally, ethically, and in compliance with legal standards.
  • Clients must ensure a safe, hazard-free environment for service providers.
  • Contractors and Clients must communicate transparently and professionally.
  • If a Client repeatedly cancels bookings or disputes payments without valid reason, MySuperHub may restrict or terminate their access to the platform.
  • Contractors who fail to deliver promised services may face financial penalties or removal from the platform.

5. Enforcement & Violations

  • Reports of violations should be sent to help@mysuperhub.com.
  • MySuperHub reserves the right to investigate any reported violations at its sole discretion.
  • Consequences for violations include warnings, fines, temporary account suspension, permanent bans, or legal action.
  • Users found engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities will be reported to law enforcement authorities.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
  • Any disputes shall first be subject to informal negotiation.
  • If not resolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
  • Users waive their right to participate in any class-action lawsuit against MySuperHub.

7. Modifications to Rules

  • MySuperHub reserves the right to modify these Platform Rules at any time.
  • Continued use of MySuperHub after rule modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
