Welcome to MySuperHub! By accessing or using our website located at mysuperhub.com (Website) or platform (Platform), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use MySuperHub.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- Abide by these Terms of Use and related policies (Privacy Policy, Platform Rules).
- Use the Platform lawfully and for its intended purpose.
- Be responsible for your account and actions on the Platform.
- MySuperHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
2. Payments & Refunds
- All payments must be processed through MySuperHub’s system.
- Independent Contractors set their own prices.
- Payments are handled by third-party payment providers.
- A non-refundable Service Call Fee is required for scheduled technician visits.
- If the Client approves a repair estimate within 20 days, this fee will be credited toward the final service cost.
- Refunds depend on agreements between Clients and Contractors.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may qualify for a full refund.
- MySuperHub is not liable for payment disputes between Clients and Contractors.
- Any chargebacks or payment reversals may result in account suspension.
3. Liability & Indemnification
- MySuperHub is not liable for disputes, cancellations, service issues, damages, or delays caused by Independent Contractors.
- Under no circumstances shall MySuperHub be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySuperHub against any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from their use of the Platform.
- MySuperHub does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or security of the Platform.
4. Dispute Resolution
- Clients and Contractors must attempt to resolve disputes directly.
- MySuperHub may mediate but does not guarantee resolution.
- Unresolved disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
- By using MySuperHub, you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against MySuperHub.
- If arbitration does not resolve the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the state or federal courts of Delaware.
5. Modifications to Terms
- MySuperHub reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
- Continued use of MySuperHub following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Users who disagree with modifications must cease using the Platform immediately.
